Our 11-Day Courtesy Window
We understand that peace of mind is essential when purchasing luxury goods. Therefore, we offer a dedicated 11-day return window starting from the day your package arrives. If you wish to initiate a return, simply contact our support team within this timeframe to begin the process.
Condition of Return: The "Pristine" Standard
To maintain the integrity of our collection and ensure the safety of all our clients, we adhere to a strict hygiene and quality protocol. We are happy to accept returns provided the item is exactly as we sent it.
This means the product must be:
Unopened, Unused, and Sealed: The cellophane wrapping (if applicable) must be intact, and the bottle must not be sprayed or tested. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or altered in any way.
Original Packaging: The box and all protective packaging must be free of dents, scratches, or marks. It must return to us in the same flawless condition in which it left our warehouse.
Please note: Items that do not meet these "as sent" conditions will not be eligible for a return.

During our exclusive sale events and promotional periods, we offer our scents at exceptional value. To maintain these special offers, items purchased during a sale or promotion are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to select these items with care.
How to Process a Return
If your item meets the pristine conditions above, please reach out to our team. Once we receive your return, it will undergo a comprehensive quality inspection. Upon approval, we will process your return immediately.
