Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
We understand the anticipation of a new scent. We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours. For most major cities in Pakistan, you can expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days. Remote areas may require an additional day.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. This allows you to follow the journey of your fragrance from our hands to yours.

Product Knowledge

How long do the fragrances last?
We pride ourselves on the concentration of our oils. Our perfumes are formulated as Eau de Parfum or pure Parfum grades, designed to linger for 8+ hours. However, longevity can vary depending on your unique skin chemistry and the environment.

Why does the scent smell different on me?
Fragrance is a living art. Skin pH, diet, and natural oils interact with the perfume notes. This alchemy creates a signature that is unique to you, ensuring that while the notes remain the same, the aura is yours alone.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer an 11-day courtesy window for returns. However, to ensure the safety and hygiene of our clients, we can only accept returns if the product is unopened, sealed, and in its original condition as sent. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.
